2018 Gala | Honoring the Glick Family / GPG Properties
Monday, November 5, 2018 | Mandarin Oriental Hotel, New York City

On Monday, November 5, 2018, the Carter Burden Network held its annual Gala at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City. As we celebrated another impactful year of serving New York City older adults, we were honored to present the 2018 Business Leadership Award to an upstanding, three-generation family-owned business that has partnered with the Carter Burden Network for over 40 years as both our landlord and a generous benefactor. It is our distinct pleasure to have the Glick Family / GPG Properties as this year’s Honoree for their steadfast support of our mission and for being a part of our caring community that enriches the lives of older New Yorkers.

The Glick Family / GPG Properties

Honoree Infomation

GPG Properties is a local real estate investment and management firm owned and operated by the Glick Family that has almost 60 years of experience providing quality and efficient investment and asset management services in the same communities that CBN serves throughout the city. The Glick Family has been a pillar of philanthropic support for the Carter Burden Network through their generous financial contributions over the years while also saving us substantial costs through reduced rents and management fees for many of our program locations. Thanks to their generosity, we are able to focus on providing the programs and vital services that allow NYC older adults to maintain their independence and remain engaged in their communities. Together, CBN and the Glick Family have added a sense of security and home to thousands of older New Yorkers. We are so grateful for their decades-long commitment to the Carter Burden Network and were honored to recognize their contributions to our organization and aging New Yorkers at this year’s Gala.
