CARTER BURDEN NETWORK TEEN COUNCIL

Carter Burden Network’s Teen Council is a group of dedicated teen volunteers who are committed to supporting and bringing joy to older adults in New York City. We believe it’s important to involve teens in CBN’s vital work in helping to combat isolation, loneliness and food insecurity in New York City’s vulnerable older adults. Our primary focus is to involve the next generation of teen leaders in raising awareness and sharing compassion through the Teen Council’s work. Join us to plan events, volunteer and fundraise for CBN!

Carter Burden Network’s Teen Council has taken the initiative to help fundraise money and spread awareness about 2021’s Going Above Campaign. These ambitious teens have dedicated their time, energy, and resources to improving the lives of older adults dealing with grief and loss, loneliness and isolation, changing health conditions, and other common changes accompanied by aging.
